Dr. Pan specializes in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations at her private practice in Westwood, which last 60 minutes for adults, and 90 minutes for children and adolescents. She may also spend 90 minutes with adults for ADHD evaluations. Following the initial evaluation, she will discuss her diagnostic impressions, treatment recommendations, and will answer any questions you may have. Treatment recommendations may include psychotherapy, psychiatric medications, and/or referrals to other services. Follow up routine medication appointments may last 25-30 minutes while psychotherapy, with or without medication management, may last 45 minutes. Also, with your consent, she is able to work and consult with any other providers who you feel are important in your care, to further optimize your health and well being. Both in person and virtual appointments are available.
Insurance and Payment
Please note that Dr. Pan does not participate on any insurance panels. However, if you have PPO insurance, it's likely that your plan will cover her services as an out-of-network provider, after you have paid your deductible as you would need to do with any private insurance. She would be able to provide you a "super bill" including the necessary documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance company in advance to determine what portion of fees paid for out-of-network services will be covered.
Payment in cash, check, or credit card is due at time of service. Any appointment missed or cancelled without 48 hour advance notice will be charged at the full rate, except in case of an emergency,
